Thanks for the renewals! Upgrading from cMap 3.x to 4.0 is manual. Deactivate and delete the current version and then install the update. After you do that, you can enter this on the Connections : Settings admin page under the Licenses tab. After you do, anytime an update to cMap is release, WordPress will notify you and allow you to update with a single click. The Widget Pack has not yet been updated to include in-admin updating support. This will be included in the next update.
