I too, have a related issue to this bug. I had the exact original problem that Will had and I had it on 2 sites. Updating to 1.0.3 Form fixed one site nicely.
But I have a remaining issue: I still don’t have the Text editor functioning on the 2nd site. Visual is OK but hadn’t been. Now Text has a headache. Over here: http://www.kingstonlandlordassociation.com/join-directory/
