MehrBut there must be a way to include Connections in the WordPress search.
Even if I add the Connections-specific search bar somewhere on the site, still it doesn’t make any sense that the general search won’t return any results from Connections.
What should the search bar say on the top of the page?
Users don’t know and don’t care about how WordPress custom post types work.
A Connections search bar intuitively means only look through the Connections entries but a regular search bar means look through everything on the site.
Wordpress Custom Post types Categories are very annoying. They should consider changing this.
But for the developers of the Connections plugin, it should be possible to support that feature and deal with this weird WordPress limitation.
Please let me know whatever can be done about this :(
