Ok, it seems when I merged my dev version with production it didn’t remove some old files. This is causing the old style template to be loaded rather than the new.

Log in to your site using FTP and delete the template.php file and meta.php file found here:
../wp-content/plugins/connections/templates/card/

I’ll remove those files from the production files and update the WP install zip sometime this weekend.
