This is not actually a conflict. It is the results I would expect.

There is a solution but it will require you to rework it just a bit.

You need to query by the entry slug rather than search by first and last name.

To show just Kyle:

To show just Michael:
http://www.sierranevada.edu/admissions/undergrad/meet-team/?cn-entry-slug=michael-panici#down
