I think it might be an issue with line 42, Double Cookin. The character after the “n” seems to be some sort of extended character. Neither Sublime nor NotePad seemed to be able to make much sense of it.

It seems that you’re hosts server is not setup to accept or [maybe] correctly identify the “csv” file mime type which is why naming it to txt works. That’s fine as the CVS Import will happily accept a txt file too.

I’ve attached a copy of the csv, named as a txt, with that character removed. Let me know if that solves it for you or not.
