Is this question in relation to the Market template? Judging by the shortcode I’ll assume so…

The likely issue is a conflict with another plugin’s javascript.

Which version of WordPress is installed?
Which version of Connections is installed?
Which version of Market is installed?

Can you please share a link to your directory?
