You know, perhaps it would be easier if you gave us step by step instructions?
In the meantime, OK,
1 FULLTEXT & LIKE query support are BOTH enabled
2. Login, screen comes up in VIEW ALL mode, no search box or category box on that page (web developer went to VIEW ALL mode as she couldn’t get the search function to work either, at least now the names could be seen)
3 Click on a name, it goes to that name
4 At that name, category box on left and search on right, first appears
5. Select a category from categories, ex: Show All Categories or Day Branch
6. Type name either in the search box from the categories drop down menu OR in the search box to the right.
7. “NO RESULTS” come up either way
8. “NO RESULTS” come up even if you match the name with the category
And finally, how do you get the category/branch to show up in the listing details so our members know to which branch the person they are looking for is a member? All other data appears but their branch/category.
