I see you have multi-site running which could be the problem, so you’ll have to help me understand your set.

This is the page you have Tile Plus on:
http://twincities.sites.renterswarehouse.com/meet-our-team/

Connections is looking for the image here:
http://sites.renterswarehouse.com/wp-content/blogs.dir/30/connection_images/brenton2_original.jpg

Notice the lack of “twincities” in the URL. The image is there…

However, it is also at:
http://twincities.sites.renterswarehouse.com/wp-content/blogs.dir/30/connection_images/brenton2_original.jpg

See, I added “twincities”.

For security, the image has to be loaded from the URL with “twincities”

So, how do you do that, honestly I don’t know because your setup seems to be unique. Connections uses a standard WordPress functions to determine the URL and WordPress says it is the URL without the “twincites”.

Does any of this info help?
