Just some feedback. I like the Connections plugin and it’s obvious you do a good job and have a lot of happy customers, but as a newbie I’m totally bewildered by all the different options. I struggled to work out which template, and it now looks as if I chose the wrong one. I’m now scared to try another one, or buy any of the add-ons, because I may make the wrong choice again and waste more money.

I think part of the problem is that some of the example sites are customised, not using the basic version of whatever plugin or extension, and that can lead people to misunderstand what each one does out of the box.
