Both sites are indeed running the latest. However your one site has a JavaScript error unrelated to Connections or the Tile Plus. Load the site in Chrome, hit the F12 key and click the console tab. You’ll have to resolve those error. Best guess it is the theme. You’ll have to contact the theme dev to ask them resolve the issue.

Because users had a difficult time understanding that Tile PLus required a specific image size and did not understand how to correctly change the image settings, Tile Plus 3.0 now forces the size. To force Tile Plus to use the settings, add the following to your shortcode:
