After you make sure your theme does have the wp_head template tag can you revert back to the original files for the template? The styles should be fine once the wp_head template is in place. I’m guessing you moved the template’s CSS and javascript into the theme’s??? You have to remove them so they don’t conflict.

The org and dept are showing, I see them being shown under the “Gavin T. DeWilde” entry. I am a little lost on what the relation as to the Quick Localization plugin. Could you proved a little more detail?
