You can download a copy of the fixed file that removes the /feed/ URL. The following instructions are based on using Chrome but should be very similar no matter the browser.
Goto this page:
https://raw.github.com/shazahm1/Connections/develop/includes/class.seo.php
It should open in a new tab with just code.
Right-click on the page and click Save as....
In the file name box, remove the .txt. the file name should be class.seo.php.
Upload this file to; overwriting the original:
../wp-content/plugins/connections/includes/
Of course you should make a backup of the original; just in case.
That should fix it.
