You would first have to export the data from the database, use phpMyAdmin or similar tool. I suggest exporting the Connections tables as CSV files that way you can open them in Excel. The table are easy to identify because they all have connections in the name. After you have all tables open in Excel you’ll have to come up with a vlookup calc or something to be able to link the data from the different CSV files.
