Sure…

First, remove the template=names option from the shortcode.
Now, activate the Names template under the All template type on the Connections : Templates admin page.
Next, activate the Bio Entry Card template under both the Individual and Organization template types.
Lastly, enable the Single Entry option on the Connections : Settings admin page under the Display tab.

That should do it.
