I freely give it as a free addon in the bundled price. The reason it is not officially part of the bundle is because I still consider it a beta product. With the release of WP5, my goal for this year is to build it as a block which can be used and configured in the new editor.
RE: you mentioned that you offer support for installation and setup, is there an additional cost for this support as well?
For me to install and configure it is an additional fee. The reason I offer this service is because the shortcode can be a little complex. But, if you are family with using WordPress shortcodes, you could probably work thru the installation instructions without too much trouble. As I distribute this to each new user I learn new pain points and enhance the instructions to cover those.
