By default the Tile Plus template does not display the address. It can be turned on by using the show_addresses shortcode option. Here is an example:

[connections show_addresses=true]

Add the show_addresses option to your existing shortcode, do not add the a second instance of the shortcode to the page.

You will likely have to increase the tile height/width to allow the address to fit. Here is a link to a FAQ with instructions on how to do this:
