Ok, my best guess is that the theme has styles applied which is hiding the name/org/depart fields.

You’ll need to share a link to your directory with me so I can view it and determine that is indeed the issue and offer you a specific fix to get those fields to display (I bet the fields are there, just hidden by the theme).
