Sorry, there is no bulk export for vCard. The can be downloaded one at a time from the Connections : Manage admin page using the vCard link underneath ever entry name.

That said, you can bulk download to a CSV file by using the Export All tool found on the Connections : Tools admin page under the Export tab.
