I’m assuming the Upload210918okmail.csv file is the one you are trying to import? Correct?
There were a couple issues with the file.
The first was is there there were roughly a hundred blank rows. Should not be a major issue but does cause much more processing than necessary.
The second was the file encoding. Please make sure it is UTF8 encoded when you export the CSV file.
Attached is a corrected and test file.
