Please navigate to the Connections : Settings admin page and click the Beta Versions tab. Enable support for CSV Import. Now navigate to the WordPress Updates admin page. Click the “Check Again” button if an update for CSV Import does not show. Install the rc-1 update.

This update provides more user feedback during the import process. It’ll inform you of CSV rows which failed, skipped and updated.

Perhaps for some reason the rows failed to import or skipped.
