Could you attach a screenshot of the mapping you are using for the import?
May I delete the 20 entries which exist?
Lastly, could you set the WP_MEMORY_LIMIT in the wp-config.php file according to this tutorial? Isee you have PHP set to 512MB but WP is still reporting only 40MB. You may also want to set WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT too. Generally WP picks up these settings not certain why it would not is this case.
