OK but may I suggest something if you aren’t changing the picker anytime soon:
Perhaps at the right of “Add/Remove Period”, have a button which does “Copy Previous Setting”
– this will duplicate the settings from the preceding day
Most businesses will have the same opening and closing times most days of the week
It would save a lot of time
