Yes, there is a much easier way… first I need to know more about your setup. Lets reset.

  • Deactivate the Say What plugin. It is no longer required for changing address labels since I built this into the Connections Settings a few months ago. If you are using it to change other strings, then leave it active and delete all relating to the address field types.
  • Attach a screenshot showing the Address Types section under the Fieldset Configuration tab on the Connections : Settings admin page.
  • What is the exact shortcode you are using on the directory page?
