In the included Default Entry Card template? Sorry, no. You can choose either one.

Assuming you are using the Default Entry Card template… please see this tutorial on how to change strings and labels.

I’m uncertain in what context you wish to change Work to Business, but, I’ll assume you mean the work, phone and email field labels. Those labels can be changed on the Connections : Settings admin page under the Fieldset Configuration tab.
