It see the Participants Database plugin also uses a third party library called parseCSV. Because only loads its libraries if this parseCSV is not present you get this error in Connections. I tweaked the logic on you site a little so Connections will load its libraries. You no longer get this error message.

The import process should be fine, but, the version of parseCSV in Connections and Participants Database is slightly different. This could cause an import issue because the version loaded Participants Database will be used instead of the version with Connections.

If possible, I would recommend temporarily deactivate Participants Database while you do the import in Connections.
