Actually, I just remembered… if you are using the Default Entry Card template, yes, you can do this quite easily.

Navigate to the Connections : Templates admin page and click the Customize button for the Default Entry Card template.

The page will reload with the Customizer on the left and a preview on the right.

Click the back arrow in the upper left of the Customizer.

Click the Image panel.

Change the image size as desired.

Now, in the preview, click the entry name so the preview refreshes to display the details page.

Change the images size settings agin to your desired image size.

You have to do this twice because you can set the image size per view.

Click the Save and Publish button. Now you can exit the Customizer.
