I see you have purchased the Circled template. I would recommend enabling the searchable category dropdown filter as there is no direct way to add them to the site’s menu nav. There If you do want to add direct links to categories in your nav menu, what I recommend doing is enabling the category drop down filter and filter by a category and copy/paste that URL from the browser’s address bar in the WP custom URL menu item. Do that for each category you want in your site’s nav menu.
