I’m sorry, but I really do not understand. Maybe you could provide screenshots and/or the exact steps with links clicked. That would help.

re: I am making directories for therapists and I would like for them to be able to add their own entry. So I thought a form would make that easier. Either something to be accesses online or through email.

For this you will need the Link extension and , optionally, the Form extension.
