There is no built in way to link and individual to an organization. Interestingly, I did do a custom job just recently that dod some pseudo linking…

The way it worked…

You enter your orgs and when you enter the individuals the org field for the individual because a drop down of the previous entered orgs instead of a free text input.

For display, on org entries the template would query for individuals with an exact match org field name. The opposite was done if the entry was done.

This worked great even though the pages were now a bit more query heavy. This custom code could be made into a more generic addon using a Content Block to display the “linked” entries so custom templates would not be required. Either way, I do provide custom developed solution if you are interested. Let me know.
