Assuming you are using the Default Entry Card template…

Navigate to the Connections : Templates admin page.
Click the Customize button for the Default Entry Card template.

The page will refresh displaying a preview on the right and the Customizer on the left.
Enable all the options and click the Save and Publish button.
Exit the Customizer.
