Please try activating the Default template. A “Delete” button should now show up for the old cMap template. If it does, click it. If the button does not show, it is likely that Connections is not able to delete the template automatically. In that case, log into your site with FTP and navigate to the ../wp-content/connections_templates/ folder and delete the cmap folder.

Now activate cMap on the Templates admin page.
