Your purchase of the CSV Import extension is currently activated on http://jn.avwebmaster.com/. If you are trying to activate this on a different site, you first need to deactivate it on the http://jn.avwebmaster.com/ site. If you no longer have access to the http://jn.avwebmaster.com/ site, see this FAQ – the “License Activated on Another Site” section.
