I just tested the snippet again, it does still work. Here’s a common list of errors to check:

• Copy/paste error when creating the snippet. Try recreating the snippet.
• The snippet was created but it was not activated. Double check to ensure the snippet is activated.
• initial_results='false' was not added to the shortcode, double check to make sure you added it. If you copy/pasted it, delete it and type it in manually.
