Ok, for the entries that are showing that facebook link, you added those in the Links metabox not the Social Media IDs metabox … where that link is on the template, that will only show a website link, nothing else.

By default Tile Plus does not display the social media link due to space. You can turn than on using this shortcode:

[connections template='tile-plus' card_width=290 card_height=160 show_social_media=true]

After you do, you will have to adjust the card height to account for the extra pace that will be required.
