My best guess is that you are uploading images and not logos. Is that correct? cMap, by default, displays the logos. If you are uploading an image, then you need to configure cMap to display the image instead. Here’s how.
Go to the Connections : Templates admin page.
Click the Customize button. The page will reload showing a preview on the right and the Customizer on the left.
At the top left of the Customizer there is a back arrow, click it.
Not click the the Image Panel.
Change the Image Type from Logo to Photo.
Click that Customizer back arrow.
Click the Tray Image and change the Image Type to None.
Click the name of the first entry in the preview.
Now make those same changes again because the list view and profile view are configured separately from each other.
Now, click the Save and Publish button.
