Since you can not login into the WordPress admin your only option is to login in to your site via FTP. You’ll have to ask your web host if you do not know how to.
After you log into the site with FTP, navigate to this folder:
../wp-content/plugins/
The connections folder will be in the ../wp-content/plugins/ folder.
Delete the connections folder. Be very careful and make sure to delete only this folder or you could delete stuff you really do not want to delete.
You data is safe, it will not be deleted by deleting this folder.
No you should be able to log into your WordPress admin.
You can now install Connections again and everything should be fine.
