Not sure I understand… could you give more details?

Both cMap and Tile Plus use the same shortcode options (for the most part) so there is no way to configure them separately. I am aware of this limitation and it will be addressed in the next update with the Template Customizer (of course all the templates will need updated to take advantage of this new feature).
