To disable the search use the enable_search option. So you shortcode would be:

[connections id=x enable_category_select='false' enable_search='false']

The view all link can only be removed in the settings. Go to the Connections : Settings admin page and click the Display tab. Scroll down to the Result List Actions section and disable the View All list action.

That should do it. Hope this helps.
