Well, Connections is really open. It is openly developed on Github, pull requests are always welcomed. There are currently 291 filters and 15 actions with more being added on just about every release. I’ve been spending a lot of time cleaning; improving and better modularizing the code in every release. I’m even open to hosting third party extensions for sale on this site. I’ve had a few dev commit to making something, but, none have yet to follow thru.

I don’t see any reason why one could not create an extension with the features you listed. It would just time and dedication to add.
