Go to the Connections : Settings admin page and click the Advanced tab. Under the Permalink sections enable the Organization Base option.

Now, enter the organization to each entry.

When you view the entries on the frontend, the organization names will now be links and when that link is clicked, all individuals with the same organization will be listed.
