There’s no way to block the admin … unless you block the admin completely from your users (there’s plugins for that). Then the only way to edit their entry will be from the /edit/ link. Just a side note, the links in the admin bar will always resolve to the admin pages. It only the links in the list and entry actions that will resolve to the frontend.
