Support license keys should have been created and for some reason they weren’t, my apologies for the trouble. I’ve created the keys and resent the email sales confirmation so you have them.

Yes, fees are yearly, only for the items you want to renew. If you do not renew, they will continue to function, but you’ll loose access to any updates I may release. You would get a renewal email notice but since there were no keys, you would not have gotten a renewal notice. You should now in the future.
