That site is using the Names template and the Bio Entry Card template both of which come free with Connections.

To mimic their setup…

Enable the Names template under the All template type on the Connections : Templates admin page.
Switch to the Individual template type and activate the Bio Entry Card template.
Switch to the Organization template type and activate the Bio Entry Card template.
Go to the Connections : Settings admin page, click the Display tab and then enable the Template option in the Single Entry section.
