Adding a languages field would require an extension to be written which adds that field. That seems like a great free extension for me to write and release. I added it to my to do list. If this is something you’d like to write, you could refer to the free Education Levels and Income Levels extensions on how to add the Languages field.

Alternatively, you could use categories. Create a parent category “Languages” and then add each language you need as a child category.
