You you need to use Poedit and translate the connections_widgets.pot file found in this folder:
../wp-content/plugins/connections-widgets/languages/

Here’s a link that explains how to do it. The applicable section is the “Creating a .po file (for translators)” section.

If you send me you completed translation, I’ll include it with the Widget pack.
