Use either Blog or Website link type as your second link, set the URL/address to the PDF and set the Title to something like “Download PDF”. For the Website, make the Title something like “Visit Website” now use this shortcode to tell cMap to alter the way links are displayed:
[connections link_format='%title%']

The links will now be displayed with just the Title, dropping the label type and the colon separator. The title will be the link to the URL/address.
