To allow users to submit and maintain their own listing you would need the Link extension for Connections. This, however, presently requires a visit to the admin side of the site. It is an admin page similar to the user profile admin page. Sometime later this year, Link will integrate with the Form extension for Connections to allow frontend user maintenance. I hope that helps.
