Currently the best way to export data is to use phpMyAdmin to export the Connections tables as CSV files which can be opened in Excel. In a few weeks I’m hopeful to have a full CSV Export extension available for sale. Its being developed by a third party dev.

200 on one page is a lot. It is exactly like putting 200 WordPress post one one page. The best hope you have is to use a caching plugin like WP Super Cache or W3TC.
