I’m using “members” by Justin Tadlock. I tested it so no conflict there.

The problems was that I was using a plugin called “user-switching” to test how it would work with a given subscriber to no avail. I was able to get the link only after logging in directly as a test user.

Got the import working correctly using your column headers file and mapping the Gravity Forms export to that. One issue was that after prefilling the entry type column with “organization”, it still imported as individual. Solved that by deleting first and last names columns and moving the content to the “contact name” columns.

After some initial bumps, it seems to be working well now. Thanks very much. Now I just need to pick a good template…
